This is an RFQ for commercial services to service and relocate government-owned portable latrines and handwash stations at Tyndall AFB, FL. The work supports Tyndall AFB rebuild efforts, Silver Flag student field training, 53 WEG drone launches, and FSS recreational areas, including weekly waste removal, cleaning, and restocking plus estimated annual relocation and additional servicing actions. The contract is planned as a one-year base period with three one-year option periods, with an anticipated period of performance from 6 December 2026 to 5 December 2030. Offerors must price all base-year and option-year CLINs and submit a technical capability proposal describing equipment, staffing, approach, and safety data sheets. Award will be a single firm-fixed-price contract to a responsible small business based on best value, using pass/fail technical acceptability and price.
