This notice announces the government's intent to award a sole-source contract to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) for the Joint Range Extension (JRE) system. SAIC is the original designer and manufacturer of the JRE system and holds exclusive proprietary rights to its software, technical designs, and fabrication drawings.
