The 325th Contracting Squadron intends to sole-source a six-month lease of one R-11 Aircraft Refueler to ATAP, Inc. for Tyndall Air Force Base. The refueler must have a minimum 6,000-gallon fuel capacity, a 600 GPM pump, and accommodate a crew of at least two. The contractor will handle delivery and maintenance support to address a critical vehicle shortage. This is not a competitive solicitation, and quotes or proposals will not be accepted.
