Tyndall AFB seeks hardware and software maintenance and support for existing Spectralogic Spectra Stack T-200 Tape Library systems. Services include 24/7/365 technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, firmware updates, and next business day on-site parts replacement. The contract will have a one-year base period with four option years. Performance will occur at Tyndall AFB. This is a planned sole source award to Spectra Logic Corporation, the OEM.
