The Air Combat Training Center requires a full replacement of its physical Intrusion Detection System at Building 503 on Tyndall AFB, as the current system is obsolete. The work includes designing, procuring, and installing new sensors, cabling, and access panels, and integrating the new system into the existing Electronic Security System. The installation must be performed in parallel with the current system to avoid operational disruption. All equipment, infrastructure upgrades, and ancillary materials must be provided by the contractor, who must also remove old components. The procurement is restricted to Honeywell Vindicator brand hardware.
