Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Department of the Air Force is seeking potential sources for interior and exterior cleaning services at the AFNORTH Complex (buildings 1210, 1212, 1214) at Tyndall AFB, Florida. The work includes cleaning interior walls, windows, light fixtures, gutters, and pressure washing exterior walls and sidewalks. The Government is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price contract and encourages feedback on the attached Draft Performance Work Statement. Responses to this sources sought notice are due by 2:00 PM Central Time on Friday, 10 April 2026. All submissions must be sent electronically to the specified contracting officers.
