THe... This pre-solicitaion is to notify all interested vendors that the RFP is expected to be issued soon for Watercraft Operations and Maintenance. The original pre-solicitation PIID was FA481925R0009. THere is an issue in SAM that is not allowing this PIID to be attached to the current Pre-Solicitation. Attached in this postin is the draft PWS and answers to the most recent questions. Due to teh questions asked some portions of the solicitation was changed to reflect teh nexcessary change.
