All quotes received by the date of close specified herein will be considered by the government. Information received will be normally considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This requirement is not yet funded and subject to the availability of funds. IAW FAR 52.212-1(c) Period for acceptance of offerors, this solicitation requests valid quotes until September 30, 2025. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit a quote by 2:00 PM CST, May 7, 2025, which shall be considered by the Government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to satisfy the need for acquiring an essential drive-on floating dock system at Tyndall Air Force Base. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received by the date of close specified herein will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
