This is a design/build requirement to construct a new outdoor sports complex that incorporates basketball, tennis, pickle ball, and volleyball courts within a 1.5 acre area at Tyndall AFB. This work includes furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, and supervision needed to satisfy this requirement. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the requirements and specifications in this SOW and its attached documentation and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Contractor shall be responsible for all professional services, permits, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and ancillary items necessary to complete the Design-Build effort consisting of the tasks defined by this SOW. The contractor will have a designated Designer of Record (DOR) and Construction Lead. The performed tasks shall be based on the project description, other data furnished in this SOW.GCEC CLIN added, all offorers will use the provided amount in their proposals for this CLIN.
