Description (Manual PIID FA481924QA053) High Value Asset / Loss Prevention (HVA/LP) and Laboratory Cages 001 – (11) HVA/LP cages. 48” wide X 36” deep X 8’6” high, 6 of the HVA/LP cages shall include 2 shelves creating 3 levels, 4 shall include 1 shelf creating 2 levels and one HVA/LP cage shall have no shelf IAW Statement of Work. 002 – (1) Laboratory cage with wide sliding door off-centered, cage shall fit inside a 28’ wide X 19’ deep X 8’16” high space IAW Statement of Work. 003 – Assembly / Installation of HVA/LP cages and Production Lab For additional information/details please see attachments. Quotes shall be valid until 30 September 2024. RESPONSES: Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to A1C Fernando Zamora-Amezcua at fernando.zamora_amezcua@us.af.mil, and to TSgt Justin Merritt at justin.merritt.1@us.af.mil no later than Thursday, August 1 2024 at 3:00 PM CST. Quotes shall include past performance information: other military, commercial, and civilian companies with whom you have done business. Include country of manufacture, product numbers for all items, and include feasible delivery dates. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED. To aid the Government, please segregate proprietary information. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. QUESTIONS: All Questions shall be submitted electronically to A1C Fernando Zamora-Amezcua at fernando.zamora_amezcua@us.af.mil and TSgt Justin Merritt at justin.merritt.1@us.af.mil by Thursday, July 25 2024 at 10:00 AM CST. The Government does not guarantee that questions received after August 1, 2024 will be answered. Late quotes may be rejected at the Contracting Officer’s discretion.
