Request For Information/Sources Sought for Readiness Challenge Shower Trailer Rental 801 RHTS Tyndall AFB, FL 32403 This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a synopsis or solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The 325 Contracting Squadron is seeking potential sources to fulfill a service contract requirement for shower trailer rental services at Tyndall AFB, FL. The contractor shall provide three shower trailers with eight shower stalls (see PWS for more details). All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Air Force standards, instructions, and commercial practices. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of vendors that are capable and interested in fulfilling this requirement. The task order is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. The period of performance is expected to start at a time which allows for delivery and set-up of showers NLT 17 April 2024. 325 CONS is requesting all interested and qualified businesses respond to this sources sought notice with the following information: (1) Name, address, phone, fax, e-mail and website if applicable; (2) List of relevant contracts (not to exceed 3) currently held or completed within the last two years. The list of relevant contracts should include the location, contract number, description, estimated yearly value, performance dates, and Government point(s) of contact (contracting officer and QAE/inspector). (3) Capabilities statement or briefing; (4) Any/all small business classifications (5) Cage Code (6) Unique Entity ID (UID) (7) Information pertaining to any contract vehicle on which this service would be available.(GSA, SAM, Etc.)
