Offloading of Equipment I haven't previously encountered the delivery requirement appearing in the last paragraph of Section 2 on Page 4/37: "The Contractor shall be responsible for the off-loading of the units within a 100' radius of the truck." Guessing this doesn't actually mean we have to transport a forklift to the delivery location so that this can be accomplished, but would be grateful for clarification Answer #2: We have fork lifts and 10ks here on site available to off load the equipment if necessary.
