The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to provide motorcycle safety training to military personnel assigned to Tyndall AFB. Other Department of Defense (DoD) civilian personnel, military retirees, military dependents and civilians may attend motorcycle operator training on a space-available basis at no additional cost to the Government.
