The government will provide one new Honeywell Vindicator V5 to be used as the new PCU (V5 is currently programed for ACS). The contractor shall acquire the required licenses and reprogram the V5 to be used as an IDS premise control unit (PCU). Review attached Statement of Work for further information on the governments need. The intent of this post is to gauge the markets capabilities in providing the required service.
