No other changes have been made. 1.This project consists of civil work at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida for the period of the contract, In Accordance with Attachment 1- Statement of Work. Note that the contract scope excludes work within the main airfield and Drone Runway areas. 2. NAICS Code 237310. 3. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. 4. The period of performance for this project will be for three (3) years with 3-1 year ordering periods. 5. The magnitude of this project IAW FAR 36.204(g), is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. 6. Payment and performance bonds shall be obtained at the individual task order level. 7. Follow the instructions in Section L (Instructions For Offerors) and Section M (Basis of Award). 8. Guaranteed minimum for the life of the contract is $2,000. 9. The Construction Wage Requirements Statue (formally Davis-Bacon), Highway, applies to each Task Order Award Period. 10. Site Visit: No site visits will be held for this solicitation however Tyndall AFB can be viewed by various online map services such as Google Maps.
