Description of Services: The scope of the work includes a replacement of the Tyndall Air Force Base (TAFB) project XLWU 23-1010, REPLACE ELEVATOR, BLDG 485, to replace the elevator and its supporting facilities into full compliance with current building codes, including the DoD Building Code, and the portion of the Florida Building Code that contains the High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) provisions. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 6.205, NAICS 238290, SB Size Standard $22M. IAW FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. A site visit will be held on 7 July 2023 at 9:00AM CST. All contractors will fill out attachment "Base Access Request EAL" and return to the POC for access to site. Offerors will meet at the Tyndall AFB Visitor Control Center NLT 9:00 AM CST. Any request for information after the site visit must be received no later than 12 July 2023 by 12:00 PM CST. Period of performance shall not exceed 180 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed (NTP).
