The purpose of this amendment is to attach the questions from all vendors that abided by the timeline along with the answers from the customer. *************************** The purpose of this requirement is to remove/replace current CAT 3 & 5 premises wiring, and replace with CAT 6 wiring in Building 817 (325th Communications Squadron Headquarters) at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, in order to modernize the building's communications wiring/infrastructure and provide high-speed data connectivity to the desktop. Please thoroughly read all details mentioned in the Combo and thoroughly look through all documents before submitting a proposal. SITE VISIT: ALL Vendors that are interested in attending the site visit shall submit an email, in accordance to the Site Visit Agenda form attached to SrA Frances Montgomery at frances.montgomery@us.af.mil no later than 31 JUL 2023 at 08:30 AM CST. The site visit will be held on 2 AUG 2023 at 10:30 AM CST. Please be at the visitor's center by 10:00 AM CST. QUESTIONS. All questions are due no later than 3 AUG 2023 at 01:00 PM CST. Questions received after this date may not be answered. All answers will be consolidated and posted to https://sam.gov/. Responses will be posted by 04 AUG 2023 at 12:00 PM CST. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL: Proposals shall be submitted via email no later than 7 AUG 2023 at 1:00 PM CST to deborah.williams.3@us.af.mil and frances.montgomery@us.af.mil. Incomplete and late proposals will not be considered for evaluation. Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring the Government receives any submission prior to the established response deadline.
