The contractor shall accomplish the removal/disposal of existing and installation of new flooring in the requested offices of Building 486 located on Tyndall Air Force Base, FL. In Accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Successful offerer shall complete work by 60 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). A site visit will be held on Tuesday, 30 May at 11 AM CST in Building 486. While attendance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. Please arrive at the Tyndall Air Force Base Visitor's Center no later than 10:30 AM CST If you need assistance getting access to base. Air Force Carpet Program: As of 18 January 2023, carpet installation shall be accomplished in accordance with the Air Force Carpet Program, using the carpet ordering guide and one of the seven contracts awarded for materials. The Air Force Carpet Program includes modular carpet tiles, roll goods, walk-off tiles, and adhesives. Installation will be managed by local installers We will have to sign everyone into the compound to enter B486.
