SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE The Department of the Air Force, 325th Contracting Squadron (CONS), is seeking sources for a contracted air support requirement to facilitate Advanced Airborne Threat Target Control System (AATTCS)/Gulf Range Drone Control System (GRDCS) relay and telemetry (TM) capture in support of Weapon System Evaluation Program (WSEP) events at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL in accordance with the attached DRAFT Statement of Objectives. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to determine the availability and capability of businesses to provide this service at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. This notice does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Any information submitted by respondents is strictly voluntary. Interested Parties are solely responsible for monitoring the aforementioned website for the release of a solicitation package and/or any updates and/or amendments. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE: The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 481219, Other Nonscheduled Air Transportation, with the corresponding size standard of $22.0 million. VENDOR RESPONSE/REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: It is requested that vendors respond to this notice with information in sufficient detail regarding their capabilities and capacity to satisfy the requirement. Please refer to the attached Draft Statement of Objectives (SOO). A final SOO/PWS will be issued at the time of solicitation. Prospective offerors are encouraged to provide feedback on the Draft SOO content. The government may not respond to or publish comments, resulting actions, changes, etc; however, the draft SOO may or may not be revised based on feedback provided.
