Tyndall AFB, FL is seeking information regarding potential interested vendors in the grounds maintenance recompete. Information to include is the company name, a valid POC, and any small business concern status. This information will be used to ensure the government leverages the most appropriate form of full and open competition after exclusion of sources. The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Tyndall Air Force Base (AFB) in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Area maps and workloads depicting the service are described in the attached PWS and Appendices. The Contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards.
