This is a Design-Build project to demo, repair and restore interior and exterior elements, or to provide a new facility. The project is comprised of repair and renovation work on building 7028 and 7042 with the Munitions Squadron’s secured area on Tyndall AFB and the related disciplines of work as specific tasks in Scope of Work (Appendix A). The Design-Build Team will consist of a Construction and design team Designer of Record (DOR) that shall perform the services herein and as described in this Statement of Work (SOW).
