***Amendment #2: To attach Questions and Answers.*** ***Amendment #1: The Statement of Work (SOW) has been adjusted to reflect an update to the preferred government point of contact (POC) for this req... ***Amendment #2: To attach Questions and Answers.*** ***Amendment #1: The Statement of Work (SOW) has been adjusted to reflect an update to the preferred government point of contact (POC) for this requirement.*** The 325th Contracting Squadron is currently seeking qualified vendors to fulfill a requirement for the replacement of the existing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) unit at the Tyndall AFB radar 3N1 shelter with a modern, 3-ton package unit. The vendor MUST be both capable and willing to deliver and install the intended unit on site at the site address outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This solicitation is being conducted as a commercial product procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (IAW FAR Part 12.6). An award, if any, will be made to the responsible offeror who submits a quotation that conforms to the requirements of this combined synopsis/solicitation, complies with the minimum requirements as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), and submits the quotation with the lowest price technically acceptable; provided that the price is determined to be fair and reasonable. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or make no award at all depending upon the quality of quotations received and whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable. Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote by 4:00 PM CST, Wednesday, 21 September 2022, which shall be considered by the Government. Requests and quotes shall be sent via email to A1C Mariah French at mariah.french@us.af.mil and TSgt Diana Roberts at diana.roberts.1@us.af.mil. To ensure proper receipt of all information, please make certain that both the Contracting Officer, TSgt Diana Roberts (diana.roberts.1@us.af.mil) and the Contracting Specialist, A1C Mariah French (mariah.french@us.af.mil) are copied in all correspondence pertaining to this solicitation and the submittal of quotes.
