The new date will allow for thorough evaluation of offeror criteria in accordance with the project timeline as requested by the Requirement Owner.*** The 325th Contracting Squadron is currently seeking qualified vendors to fulfill a requirement for the Paul W. Airey NCO Academy (NCOA). Solicitation #FA4819-22-Q-A043 is replacing the cancelled requirement Solicitation #FA4819-22-Q-A015 and no information from that solicitation will be used. Vendors shall rely on all information provided in this posting. The contractor will work with the Project Manager to provide a design/layout for the auditorium and a minimum 225-person seating to best utilize the given space. The contractor will install all seating per the agreed upon design; this includes electrical/communications as needed. The contractor shall furnish all required parts, equipment, material, and labor to provide the intended items in accordance with (IAW) all applicable codes, specifications, and industry/federal standards to the Paul W. Airey NCO Academy (NCOA) at Tyndall AFB, Florida. Offerors shall provide design/layout for review and approval by the Government IAW the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and with their quote. Offerors shall provide product literature or specification sheet and a breakdown of cost to include the removal, seating and installation components of the project to assist in verifying price reasonableness that clearly identifies that the proposed item complies with the minimum specifications identified in the table located at paragraph 5 above. Offerors are encouraged to read through this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation thoroughly to include all items that are required for evaluation. This solicitation is being conducted as a commercial product procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (IAW FAR Part 12.6). An award, if any, will be made to the responsible offeror who submits a quotation that conforms to the requirements of this combined synopsis/solicitation, complies with the minimum requirements as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), and submits the quotation with the lowest price technically acceptable; provided that the price is determined to be fair and reasonable. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or make no award at all depending upon the quality of quotations received and whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable. Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote by 2:00 PM CST, Thursday, 21 July 2022, which shall be considered by the Government.
