Airey NCO Academy (NCOA). The contractor will work with the Project Manager to provide a design/layout for the auditorium and a minimum 225-person seating to best utilize the given space. The contractor will demo and remove existing seating and replace it with high-quality theater-style seating. The seating must be modern, have a cushioned seat bottom and seat backing, be upholstered, be easy to clean and maintain, be suitable for an educational environment, have a retractable writing surface, and be reliable for use through future years. The installation process must be professional and sturdy. The contractor will install all seating per the agreed upon design; this includes electrical/communications as needed. The contractor shall furnish all required parts, equipment, material, and labor to provide the intended items in accordance with (IAW) all applicable codes, specifications, and industry/federal standards to the Paul W. Airey NCO Academy (NCOA) at Tyndall AFB, Florida. Offerors shall provide design/layout within two (2) weeks of award for review and approval by the Government IAW the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Offerors shall provide product literature or specification sheet and a breakdown of cost to include the removal, seating and installation components of the project to assist in verifying price reasonableness that clearly identifies that the proposed item complies with the minimum specifications identified in the table located at paragraph 5 above. Offerors are encouraged to read through this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation thoroughly to include all items that are required for evaluation. This solicitation is being conducted as a commercial product procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (IAW FAR Part 12.6). An award, if any, will be made to the responsible offeror who submits a quotation that conforms to the requirements of this combined synopsis/solicitation, complies with the minimum requirements as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), and submits the quotation with the lowest price technically acceptable; provided that the price is determined to be fair and reasonable. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or make no award at all depending upon the quality of quotations received and whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable. Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote by 2:00 PM CST, 26 May 2022, which shall be considered by the Government.
