A: There is not a plan to schedule a site visit. 2. Q: Who is the incumbent? A: Mowrey Elevator Company of Florida, Inc. 3. Q: What is the pricing is from the incumbent, and is this RFP is under the same terms and conditions? A: The current contract was awarded under FA481918P6001 to Mowrey Elevator Company. The total contract value is $123,714.34 for a base period and four options. The scope of this contract covered 11 VTEs. Based on the Q&As, a site visit will be held on 03 Aug 2022 at 8:30 AM. Participants shall meet at the Visitors Control Center located at 2580 Highway 98, Tyndall AFB, FL 32403 no later than 08:15 AM. Contractors shall provide the names of who will be attending the site visit via email to 1st Lt Jessica Cleaver at jessica.cleaver.1@us.af.mil and A1C Tor Cedervall at tor.cedervall@us.af.mil. All Contractors will be limited to two personnel and shall adhere to CDC guidelines. Note: The attendee must bring a valid photo ID, license, or passport and proof of valid vehicle insurance on the day of the site visit. ________________________________________________________________ This is the official solicitation for Elevator Maintenance and Repair. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts, and labor necessary to maintain, repair and inspect the real property vertical transportation equipment (VTE/elevator) at Tyndall AFB, Florida. All services shall be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1. Elevator Maintenance - PWS). Notice: In accordance with FAR 52.232-18 funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
