All duplicated questions were consolidated and answered only once. _________________________________________________________________________ Request for Quotation (RFQ) For Uniform and Floor Mat Rental and Laundry Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Submission of quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to offerors, commercial items. The solicitation will be evaluated and awarded per the prescribed procedures of FAR Part 13.1. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Uniform and Floor Mat Rental and Laundry Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement for forty four (44) CEMIRT personnel, and floor mat services for 2 facilities.
