NOTICE TO ALL POTENTIAL QUOTERS: 18 May 2022: Solicitation Amendment 0001 was issued on 18 May 2022 and the answers to the questions received have been posted. The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes: 1. Update the Performance Work Statement due to the Q&As. 2. Update the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 to reflect revised instructions due to the Q&As. Please see the SF 30 in attachments for complete details. All duplicated questions were consolidated and answered only once. ________________________________________________________________ This is the official solicitation for Airman & Family Readiness Center Front Desk Customer Service Representative. The contractor shall provide one (1) full-time personnel to serve as the Tyndall AFB, Florida, Front Desk Customer Service Representative (FDCSR). The employee shall provide primary A&FRC customer intake, give A&FRC program information and referral services. The employee will assist A&FRC staff in providing a full range of readiness information in the following areas: spouse employment, relocation, family life information, transition assistance, financial assistance, and family readiness. This contract is a non-personal services contract under which the employee rendering the services is not subject, either by the contract’s terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the government and its employees. All services shall be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1. AFRC Front Desk - PWS).
