This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial debris removal in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Written quotes arer equired (oral offers will not be accepted). Submission of quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to offerors, commercial items. The solicitation will be evaluated and awarded per the prescribed procedures of FAR Part 13 as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The Contractor shall provide non-personal services for all management, tools, supplies, appropriate equipment/vehicles, labor and applicable licenses and permits necessary to remove and dispose of natural and construction and demolition debris from Tyndall AFB in accordance with this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and any applicable government regulations and commercial standards for debris removal. Questions Due: No later than 1:00 PM CST, 17 February 2022 Quote Due Date: No later than 1:00 PM CST, 22 February 2022 See the attached solicitation and associated documents for full details. ____________________________________________________________________________ Q&As Q: Is this contract related to disaster related debris or is this a routine maintenance contract? A: This is a blanket purchase agreement and not a contract. BPAs may be established from this solicitation and calls will be made as needed against the established BPA; however the BPA itself does not obligate the Government. Additionally the effort is actually a combination of the two, however, there is not a lot of debris left from the storm now. Examples of possible debris removal efforts: removal of concrete from a demo’d bldg; natural debris removal such as trees gathered up after the storm.
