The 325th Contracting Squadron is seeking qualified vendors to fulfill a requirement for two (2) EA Megger SMRT410 Relay Testing System(s) (Megger Part # 41P1G0A0S1) with Smart Touch View Interface (STVI) and related accessories. The contractor shall furnish all required parts, equipment, material, and labor to provide two (2) EA, Megger SMRT410 Relay Testing System(s) (Megger Part # 41P1G0A0S1) as well as the Certificate(s) of Calibration, one (1) year warranty and the necessary components as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) per all applicable codes, specifications, and industry/federal standards to requiring agency at Tyndall AFB, Florida. The manufacture and distribution of the Megger Relay Test System(s) shall align with both company and industry standards as well as all expectations beheld by the requiring agency for its usage in the corresponding facility This solicitation is being conducted as a commercial product procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (IAW FAR Part 12.6). An award, if any, will be made to the responsible offeror who submits a quotation that conforms to the requirements of this combined synopsis/solicitation, complies with the minimum requirements as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), and submits the quotation with the lowest price technically acceptable; provided that the price is determined to be fair and reasonable. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or make no award at all depending upon the quality of quotations received and whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable. Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote by 2:00 PM CST, 25 May 2022, which shall be considered by the Government.
