Work con... This is the offical solicitation synopsis for the Construct Area Defense Counsel (ADC) Facility contract at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL. This will be a single award, firm-fixed price contract. Work consists of a design build effort to construct a new Area Defense Counsel facility to replace the facility destroyed by hurricane damage. This work is to be performed in full compliance with current building codes, including the DoD Building Code, as well as the High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) provisions contained within the Florida Building Code.
