This is NOT a request for proposal. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Submission of any information to this RFI survey is purely voluntary. Government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred associated to this request for capability information. The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB, FL, is issuing this RFI for the purpose of locating qualified business firms that would have the capabilities to provide all personnel, supervision, or services necessary to ensure vehicle maintenance, vehicle fleet management, and vehicle operation functions are performed for the DET 1, 823 RED HORSE Squadron (RHS) vehicle fleet. The contractor shall also perform management and administrative functions for maintaining the special/general purpose vehicle fleet, weapon systems fleet, organizational equipment, shop equipment, and vehicle maintenance buildings. The contractor would provide service dedicated to providing a safe and serviceable vehicle fleet that is critical to the success of the Silver Flag Exercise training site. Work will be performed at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811111 with the size standard of $8.0M. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this RFI. Please provide the following information: (1) A complete and current record of your System for Award Management Record (SAM) which includes CAGE Code, DUNS number, Organization name, Address, Contact Name, Email Address, Web Site Address, Telephone Number, Type of Organization, etc; (2) A capability statement supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. The capability statement should address the organizations qualifications and ability to perform the work in accordance with the requirements that are fully defined in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. The website is https://www.sam.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet. Registration may take up to three weeks to process. All information contained in this sources sought announcement is preliminary, subject to modification, and is in no way binding on the Government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this request. The information requested will be used solely within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside of the Government.
