The purpose of the Tyndall Air Force Base (TAFB) project XLWU 21-8104, Repair (Restore) B546A TPO Roof, is to repair hurricane damage and to bring the building and its supporting facilities into full compliance with current building codes, including the DoD Building Code, and the portion of the Florida Building Code that contains the High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) provisions. Ensure you acknowledge all amendments in your proposal. C. Site Visit: A site visit will be held on 10 May 2021, 1:00 PM CST. Participants will meet at the Tyndall Base Visitor's Center on Sabre Drive. Contractors shall provide the names of who will be attending the site visit no later than 30 April 2021, 4:00 PM CST by filling out Attachment 12 Base Access Request EAL and sending to all Points of Contact listed above. Contractors will be limited to two (2) personnel, shall wear an appropriate face mask, and adhere to social distancing and CDC guidelines.
