This will be a single award, firm-fixed price contract. The Statement of Work (SOW) sets forth the requirements for a Request for Proposal (RFP) contract site specific construction effort for the demolition of the existing facility and replacement with new concrete, a water supply and storage system, rinse wastewater storage and disposal system, storm drainage system, power distribution system, and automatic controls to operate the system by taxiing the jet through the facility located on Tyndall AFB, Florida.
