The work includes the contractor to engineering, furnishing, installing and testing (EFI&T) three (3) new high frequency (HF) triple-mode operation SPIRA-CONE® antennas at an existing ground radio transmit and receive site (GATR) facility and the installation of all new RF cabling with Manhole and Duct systems to the three (3) new antennas. The antenna replacements will be in a phased approach to limit the operational impact of current but limited HF capability provided by existing HF antennas. The Design-Build Team will consist of a General Contractor and an AE firm that shall perform the services herein and as described in this SOW and the respective supplemental documents provided within the solicitation.
