Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC/CXA) supports all phases of the civil engineer research, development, and acquisition process. It plans and executes programs for acquiring systems, equipment, and technology to fulfill civil engineering needs for in-garrison, expeditionary, and contingency installations and air bases. The contractor shall provide management and labor support necessary to provide baseline operations support capability for AFCEC, including crosscutting operational functions; maintenance of facilities at TAFB FL and assistance in accomplishing Research Development Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) projects and events. This includes maintaining the AFCEC Readiness Directorate, Requirements and Acquisition Division (AFCEC/CXA) test ranges and facilities (i.e., Bldg. 1117, facilities in the 9700 area, AFCEC fire research area at Silver Flag, test ranges, and other facilities managed by AFCEC at Tyndall Air Force Base (TAFB), FL; to include occupants assigned to these facilities by AFCEC and/or AFCEC memorandum of agreement. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Air Force (AF) standards and policies, instructions, and commercial practices.

This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. This will be a firm-fixed priced contract with a base and four (4) one year option periods. Tyndall Air Force Base (AFB), Florida, has a requirement for operations support at Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC/CXA). The contractor shall provide support to all phases of the civil engineer research, development, and acquisition process. The 325th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a formal solicitation on or about 29 March 2021 via beta.SAM.gov (https://beta.sam.gov/) under solicitation number FA481921R0001. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
