Lodging facilities must be within twenty (20) road miles of the 325 FW, Florida 32403. Please find the below Request for Quote (RFQ), Lodging Room Rates Price List, Performance Work Statement (PWS), Wage Determination and review the documents in their entirety for a complete description of the requirement. The requirement is a small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code, 721110: Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. The contractor is required to be registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM) database, and maintain the registration throughout the life of the BPA (5 years). In addition, the contractor is required to be registered in the system, Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) for the processing of payments.
