The value was li... **BLUF - Bottom Line Up Front: An error in the Not to Exceed value was discovered for the Pavement Fill Dirt (CLIN 0006) within the Performance Work Statment (PWS) dated 5 March 2021. The value was listed as Not to Exceed 25,000 compact cubic yards as opposed to Not to Exceed 50,000 compact cubic yards, which was accurately reflected within the solicitation. Amendment 003 has been released to identify and correct this error in the PWS, and to allow for time to acknowledge this amendment the Bid Due date has been pushed to 24 March 2021 at 1PM CST. Furthermore, each contractor shall price CLIN 0010 - Utility Line Cap/Disconnect Service at the Not to Exceed price of $131,000 to remain constant throughout each bid. Please ensure acknowledgment of each Amendment within your Bid Submission. Offerors shall submit the proposed Price Schedule in an electronic "unlocked" Excel format, so that all formulas and calculations are visible for review. c.
