This announcement serves as a Sources Sought Notice (FA4819207008) issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 for an upcoming acquisition at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment or obligation on the part of the Government to issue a solicitation. DO NOT submit a quote or proposal in response to this notice. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this notice is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice. Contractor shall be responsible for all professional services, permits, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and ancillary items necessary to complete the Design-Build effort consisting of the tasks defined by this SOW. The contractor will have a designated Designer of Record (DOR) and Construction Lead. The performed tasks shall be based on the project description, other data furnished in this SOW, and information covered during a pre-construction/criteria review meeting to be held prior to Contractor mobilization. Contractor must also abide by attached standard clauses. Please see attached DRAFT Statement of Work. The Air Force has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and released of this Sources Sought should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought.
