This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number FA481920R0015 shall be used to reference any written proposal provided under this RFP. The RFP document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06 released 5 June 2020. This acquisition will be 100% total SMALL BUSINESS SET- ASIDE; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561621. The business size standard is $22.0 million. The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is for the purchase of service: AFCEC Security System Maintenance and Repair Renewal (Bldgs. 1117, 1120, & 9700 area) in accordance with SOO dated 15 June 2020, Period of Performance 1 Aug 2020 to 31 Jul 2021 with two options. Place of service will be, Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC/DSM, Bldg 1117, 1120 and 9700 area, Tyndall AFB, FL 32403. Site Visit: has been established for 7 July 2020 at 0900 CST. Any vendors interested in attending the site visit will need to send the below information in to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist no later than 1 July 2020 by 0900 CST. a. Proof of Auto Insurance Due to COVID-19 concerns, the number of individuals shall be limited to one (1) representative per vendor and the representative shall wear PPE (facemask) during the duration of the site visit.
