This is a sources sought/Request for Information to gauge interested vendors and provide the opportunity for feedback on any improvements to the requirement before solicitation. The government is posturing to advertise a requirement for a services indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract to lease Modular Administrative Facilities on Tyndall AFB, FL with a maximum of $50,000,000.00. The IDIQ will have a base year and four (4) option years. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidental items and non-personal services necessary to deliver and maintain different types of modular facilities as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government Furnished Property and services. Facilties must have offices that are 120 square feet for standard offices 150 square feet for Commanders, and 64 square feet per cubicle. The Government is seeking information on how interested vendors intend to meet wind load requirements for Bay County, FL, and insure their facilities on site from any potential natural disaster damages. The Government also requests capabilities to provide site prep requirements to include environmental clearances, communication, plumbing, utilities, and timelines. Additionally, please provide catalog cut sheets for modular facilities that will accomodate up to 20, up to 50, and up to 100 personnel.
