This is a notice of the government’s intent to orally solicit the requirement with local preference in accordance with the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief And Emergency Assistance Act, Sec 307 (42 U.S.C. 5150). The work covered herein consists of removing 20 derelict vessels and storm debris along the shoreline from Tyndall AFB property. All work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force standards, instructions, and commercial practices. The contractor will be responsible for carrying out tasks as directed to assist Tyndall AFB in removing the abandoned boats and storm debris from shoreline.
