SBA Certified Economically Disadvantaged WOSB (EDWOSB) Program Sole Source (FAR 19.15)

This is a firm-fixed price contract for the demolition of three buildings and related work at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. The project has an estimated budget between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 and a performance period of 240 calendar days after notice to proceed. The work is a 100% set-aside for Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Businesses and requires strict adherence to numerous federal, state, and local codes and regulations. A site visit will be held, and the solicitation will be issued electronically. Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
