This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 effective 5 June 2020, Defense Procurement Notice 20200605, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2019-1001 effective 1 Oct 2019. This procurement is being issued as a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 332311 with a size standard of 750 employees. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. -Please see attached provisions/clauses referenced for all applicable information. 0001 – (Qty. 9; Each) - Pavilions, Requirements: - Furnish labor and materials to complete installation of pavilions – Curved Pavilions will be 3 each approximately 14’x 20’ and 2 each will be approximately 14’ x 14’. Hip Metal Pavilions will be 3 each approximately 14’x 20’ and 1 each will be approximately 12’ x 18’. See Revised SOW Attachment dated 25 August 2020 **No site visit will be conducted*** The government will place an order with the offeror whose offer meets lowest price and technical acceptability. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Central Time) All offers shall be submitted by Thursday, September 11, 2020: 2pm Central Time. Questions will be submitted no later than Thursday, September 7, 2020: 2pm Central Time. Responses to questions will be posted to FBO NLT Friday, September 8, 2020: 4pm Central Time. After close of questions no other inquiries will be addressed.
