In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database via www.sam.gov. Prime contractors, must be US-owned entities, who intend to submit a proposal for this solicitation. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities, and qualifications to perform the effort in writing, including their DUNS number and Cage Code, to the identified point of contact not later than 10:00 AM EST on 25 November 2024. Such capabilities/ qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. The USSOCOM Parachute Team is a precision free-fall jump team who represents USSOCOM at selected military, social and sporting events by demonstrating precision parachuting techniques before the public and DoD visitors. These representatives promote community relations and enhance the image of the Armed Forces with their professional skills, military bearing and behavior. As such, they are required to remain proficient and current in precision free-fall techniques and must train frequently to sustain this proficiency. Jump Team members are required to jump at least 1 O times each month to remain proficient. The USSOCOM Parachute Team requires a simplified method of filling anticipated needs within the commuting Tampa, FL area from a Commercial Airlift Review Board (CARB) approved vendor IA W DoDI 4500.53. The proposed action is for a follow-on single source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for recurring Jump Team Services Support. Support includes: -Single Jump Tickets -Hired Videographer -Hired Instructor -Gear Rental -Parachute Packaging -Twin Otter Rental -Cessna 182 Rental
