This is a purchase for commodities outlined in CLIN 0001. 3. The SOW will remain as an attachment. The installation portion is no longer applicable to the contract award, but the SOW should be referenced for information applicable to the equipment. Please see attached documents for further information/specifications. Requirement to upgrade the 6 OSS/OSA NAVAIDS telecommunications voice and data requirements. This project shall replace the existing manufacturer discontinued Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) Channel Banks with fiber optic transmission systems (FOTS). The NCS Upgrade shall be for a total of Six (6) Facilities.
