The original due date for quotes has been extended through 06/01/2023 10:00AM EST. The 6th Medical Group (MDG) is looking to include a Preventive Maintenance Agreement (PMA) for the Dermatology, Lumenis Unit, Model Splendor-X. The PMA is for twelve (12) months, plus four optional years. The purpose is to provide high quality technical support, and the corporation liability under the agreement: to repair or replace the Lumenis Splendor-X Laser components, products, or software/firmware, whichever is appropriate. The service agreement will allow Dermatology personnel to continue their highly specialized service to the entire MacDill community of active duty personnel, retirees, and their families. The bid schedule and contract CLIN schedule are in the attached documents.
