The contractor shall ensure their employees complete a minimum of 10 continuing education units (CEUs) annually on IPC-relevant training in the areas of sterile processing/reprocessing reusable medical devices and are certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) training. The contractor shall provide evidence of this training to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)." 19 July Update - Questions and Answers have been posted, and updated Labor/Wage Determination information has been added. Compliance with this updated guidance is mandatory, and failure to adhere to new WD and H&W rates will result in a Department of Labor investigation.
