The effects shall mimic/replicate explosions and small arms fire during a direct action assault. The contractor will provide specific services (See SOR) and an appropriate number of battlefield effects (BFX) technicians to transport, secure, emplace, and safely operate requested effects for demonstrations to over 11,000 spectators.
