This is the pre-solicitation notice for Facility Management Escort Support services on behalf of the 6th Contracting Squadron at MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida. The major elements of this service is to provide personnel qualified and with appropriate security clearances to escort uncleared construction contractors, maintenance or cleaning personnel and others as required throughout the collateral secret and sensitive compartmented information facility spaces within the United States Special Operations Command compound. The performance period is one base year from 28 September 2022 to 27 September 2023 (dates are estimates) and four one-year option periods. The procurement is limited to small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems Code (NAICS) is 561210 (Facility Support Services). The Product Service Code is R799 (Other Management Support Services) and the related small business size standard is $41.5 million. A contract with options will derive from the solicitation. The solicitation is anticipated to issue on 03 Aug 2022 and close on 25 August 2022 (dates are estimates) with a projected solicitation number of FA481422TF115. Notification of any revisions to the solicitation will be provided via the Contract Opportunities (CO) website at https://sam.gov/. Procurement documents will not be directly provided in a paper hard copy format or compact disc format. It is the responsibility of the contractor to check the CO website daily for any posted revisions made to the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for all interested parties to download from the CO website. The closing date, time and submission, and site visit information will be included in the solicitation document. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
