Maintenance services will include but are not limited to maintenance support and repair services, on-site support and repair, include using email and ticketing system maintenance, programing and engineering expertise to maintain mission essential service. Annual Maintenance, Includes Technical Support (phone and e-mail), patches, fixes, updates and price protection on the next version upgrade (30% of price).
